Your data stays local

The kordrun CLI does not phone home. Your apps, logs, and Kordfile run entirely on your machine. Secrets in your Kordfile environment are never written to the state file.

When you activate a paid license, we store the account you sign in with, your license key, and the hardware fingerprints of machines you activate — solely to enforce seat counts and enable revocation.

Sign-in is handled via GitHub or Google OAuth. We store your name, email, and profile image as provided by those providers.

Feedback is opt-in. The CLI never sends anything on its own — it only invites you to run kordrun feedback. If you choose to, we store the rating, comment, role, and name you provide. Approved reviews are shown publicly on this site with your name and role.

We also keep your machine id and license key with the submission — used only to spot duplicates and abuse, never shown publicly. You can skip the prompt anytime with kordrun feedback --never.
